Boys basketball opens with win

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS varsity boys’ basketball season got underway with a 73-49 victory over Venice high school in their first game of the season on Friday, Nov. 27. LRHS esports off to fast start

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- LRHS’s Esports teams are competing in their first season here at the Ranch. The teams have participants from all grades competing in video game competitions. (LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Due to COVID-19 many Mustangs may mistakenly believe the school media center is closed. Although patrons do have to maintain social distance, the media center is open 7 a.m. – 2:55 p.m. Monday through Friday. (LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS Boys varsity basketball players Andres Junge, Jay’Den Clarke-Jones, Chad Anderson and Ian Rodriguez all worked hard last season and earned spots in the Prep Hoops top 250 rankings based on their class. Mustangs anxious for college entrance exams

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Mustangs are starting to take the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and the American College Test (ACT) exam now that schools are open again. At the end of last school year all tests were canceled due to COVID-19. Mustangs can sign up for the SAT through the college board when they link their school account. They may also sign up for the ACT on ACT.org. Both tests require a fee and personal and school information to sign up. The tests are held at different high schools in t
